Summer Camp 2025 Enrollment Form

Please complete this form for each of your children attending Summer Camp.

The traditional hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Morning Care will run from 7:00 am to 9:00 am.

Extended Care will run from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

Both Morning Care and Extended Care incur an additional charge


A family can not sign up on a day-by-day camp attendance. If a family needs less than a full week of a camp, the family will still need to sign-up for and pay for the entire week.


Your child's placement in our Summer Camp program is only guaranteed upon the completion of the Summer Camp Enrollment Form.
