Vendor Booth Fees

$25 — Registration received by July 17, 2026

$30 — Registration received July 18 – 31, 2026

Fees listed are per 10’x10’ space.

Application Deadline & Review Process


DEADLINE: All applications must be received by July 31, 2026 to be considered for the 2026 Reggae by the River Event.

APPLICATION REVIEW & PAYMENT: Applications are subject to approval and will be reviewed on a weekly basis. Payment is due upon approval and must be received to secure space(s). Payment instructions and payment options will be provided upon approval.

Important Details

  1. All vendor fees are non-refundable.
  2. Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee.
  3. All applications are subject to approval. The Town may request additional information or documentation.
  4. To ensure a diverse vendor lineup, the Town reserves the right to limit vendors offering similar or identical products.
  5. No tables or tents provided. No electricity provided.
  6. Vendor check-in and set up will begin at 3PM. Vendors are required to remain set up on-site for the full duration of the event.

Terms & Agreement

By signing this application, vendor agrees that participation in this event is entirely at own risk and assumes total responsibility for accidents, damages and other claims that result from or during their activities at this event or in transit to/or from the event, whether such occur to the vendor or third parties. Vendor understands that the Town of Buchanan does not assume responsibility for such activities, and vendor agrees to release and hold the Town of Buchanan harmless. Vendor further agrees that participation in this event is strictly voluntary and completely unrelated to work with the Town of Buchanan. Vendor agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this application if approved.
