Fees listed are per space. If you are entering multiple vehicles, please submit a separate application for each vehicle.

The first 100 registered participants will receive a complimentary dash plaque.

1. All entry fees are non-refundable.
2. Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee.
3. All applications are subject to approval. The Town may request additional information or documentation.
4. No tables or tents provided. No electricity provided.
5. Check-in and set up will begin at 8AM. Participants are required to remain set up on-site for the full duration of the event.

By signing this application, participant agrees that participation in this event is entirely at their own risk and assumes total responsibility for accidents, damages, and other claims that result from or during their activities at this event or in transit to/or from the event, whether such occur to the participant or third parties. Participant understands that the Town of Buchanan does not assume responsibility for such activities, and participant agrees to release and hold the Town of Buchanan harmless. Participant further agrees that participation in this event is strictly voluntary and completely unrelated to work with the Town of Buchanan. Participant agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this application if approved.

Applications are reviewed and approved on a weekly basis. Once your application has been approved, we will contact you with payment options. Payment is due upon approval to secure your participation in the event.
